Box 3253-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Maina Kimani, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2016 By Ezekiel Kipkemoi Kisang, of P.O. Box 382, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yego Yano Chelanga, who died at Kaben, on 13th-January, 2015. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2016 By (I) Mary Namalwa and (2) Martin Simiyu Barasa, both of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Barasa Wakoli, who died at Nabiswa Sub-location, on 1st May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown-to the contrary. and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
