TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 163 OF 2015 By Catherine Kanyaa Reuben, of P.O. Box I, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Reuben Mutua, who died at St. Marys Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2005. CAUSE No. 328 OF 2015 By Ndindi Kithome, of P.O. Box 1391, Kitui inn Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithome Mue, who died at Maluma Sub-location, on 7th October, 2003. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2016 By Rachael Musyoka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyamai Kimali, who died at Ndunguni Sub-location, on 12th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
