TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 93 OF 2016 GAZE, IE NOTICE NO. 6733 IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KANGUNDO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2016 By (1) John Mutua Z. Mulei and (2) Bonifenture Peter Nzioki, both of P.O. Box 1081, Kangundo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Mulei, late of Isinga, Kangundo, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 30th May, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
