TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 45 OF 2016 By Evance Ochieng Ayal, of P.O. Box I, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manoa Ayal Ongungo alias Manoah Ayal, who died at Kabuoro Sub-location, on i'l3rd April, 2002. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2016 By Lucy Anyango Okebee, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Owuor Ongonga alias Paul Owuor Ngonga, who died at Kabuoro Sub-location, on 7th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
