NOTICE is given that Samuel Okech Onyango of P.O. Box 40092-00100, Nairobi was appointed administrator of Reltex Tarpaulins (Africa) EPZ Limited on 25th July, 2016 over all the assets of the company by Ecobank Kenya Limited. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company is being conducted by the administrator. The powers of the administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the director in terms of dealing with the company's assets ceased. No one other than the administrator is authorized to receive any moneys due to the company or to deal with the assets of the company. Anyone who holds, receives, uses, attempts to buy or sell assets of the company or otherwise deal without the prior written approval of the administrator will be acting in contravention of the law and will be exposed to legal action. The administrator shall distribute statement of proposal to every creditor whose claim and address are known and to any member of the company who applies to the address below within sixty (60) days from the date hereof. Any claims and matters relating to the company shall be directed to the administrator on the address below. The administrator acts as agent of the company without personal liability.
