TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 28th October, 2016 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4441 CAUSE No. 299 OF 2014 By (1) Rose Mwaghoti, (2) Mary Mwaghoti and (3) Victor Mwaghoti, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Austin Owen Mwaghoti, who died at Taita, on 8th August, 2008. CAUSE No. 189 OF 2015 By Caroline Muthoni, of P.O. Box 88068-80100, Mombasa in Krnya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Wangare Kamau, who died atTudor Health Care, on 30th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
