TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 267 OF 2015 By Grace Atieno Naftali, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Sule Obala., who died on 24th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 963 OF 2015 By Joshua Otieno Nyattgaga, the deceased's uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apolo Adiyo Onyango alias Apolo Adiyo Onyando, who died on 10th December, 1993. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By Julias Odhiambo Chesongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Barrack Opapo, who died at Katolo, on 10th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
