TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2016 By (1) Abdul Mutalib Ahmed and (2) Yusuf Ahmed Abdulshakoor, both of P.O. Box 98350-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate with wrtten will to the estate of Mined Abdulshakur Sidik alias Ahmed Abdulshakur Mâmdani, who died at Mombasa, on 26th November, 1999. CAUSE No. 101 OF 2016. By (1) Macmillan Kioko and (2) John Kioko, both of P.O. Box 1293, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioko Kiseli, who died at Changamwe, Mombasa, on 26th July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date ofpublication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
