TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2016 By Mohammed Mumo Abdallah, of P.O. Box 63. Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Lukia Mutunga, who died at Muthini, on 14th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. 201 OF 2016 By (1) Boniface Mulinge Mbeke and (2) Stephen Musembi Mulinge, both of P.O. Box 55-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mulinge Mbeke alias Philiph Mulinge alias Mulinge Mbeke, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the tontrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
