TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: 28th October, 2016 CAUSE No. 26 OF 2016 By Monica Wanza Malandi, of P.O. Box 1191, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Ngumbau Malandi, late of Makima Location, who died at Mbondoni Sub-location, on 31st October, 2001. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2016 By (1) Nzeki Munguti Kyenyeka and (2) Alex Muasya Munguti, both of P.O. Box 1064. Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaswii Munguti Kyenyeka, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
