GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4

WHEREAS Mary Wanjoya (deceased), is registered as propnetor of those pieces of land containing 0.088 hectare and 0.40 acre or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Kinoo/T. 289 and 310, respectively, sinrate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu in succession cause No. I 12 of 2000, has issued grant of leuers of administration to (1) Peter Kiromo Githagui and (2) David Wamwiri Githagui, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mary Wanjoya (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thrry (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deeds rssued earlier to the said Mary Wanjoya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
