TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 770 OF 2016 By Andrew Obong, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ominde Nyamodho alias John Nyamodho Ominde, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 2nd November, 2016. CAUSE No. 833 of 2016 By (1) Mary Juma Otieno and (2) Billy Ochieng Ajode, both of P.O. Box 1833, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Grace Ajode alias Grace Ajode, who died along Marcus Garvey Road, on 17th February, 2014. CAUSE No. 834 OF 2016 By Richard Ouma Abungu, of P.O. Box 160, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Ariyango Ouma, who died at E. Songhor, on 3rd August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
