TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 31 OF 2016 By (1) Naomi Mwihaki Reuben and (2) David Ng'ang'a Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 832-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Wanjiku Mwaura alias Loise Wanjiku Gathairu, late of Naivasha, who died at Ruai, Nairobi, on 16th August, 2014. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2016 By Omwanza Samson Ombati, of P.O. Box 4045-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Rongora Ntimama alias William ole Ntimama, who died at Narok Town, on 1st September 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
