TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2016 By Ann Kakuko Loripongole, of P.O. Box 136, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loripongole Tomunyo, who died at UG Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 18th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Chepuchuna and (2) Mary Sompol, both of P.O. Box 173, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepchula Kisoo Kipteresa, who died at Kaibos Sub-location, West Pokot, on 24th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
