TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2016 By (1) Eunice Ndinda Wambua and (2) Elizabeth Muisya Wambua, both of P.O. Box 54, Msamb weni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Musyoki Muisyo, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 14th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 617 OF 2016 By Mary Anyango Ongany, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ongany Odie alias Samwel Ongany, who died on 13th August, 1999. CAUSE No. 655 OF 2016 By (1) Meresa Atieno Onyango and (2) Brian Odhiambo Onyango, both of P.O. Box 67, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Onyango Oyola, who died on 1st February, 2012. CAUSE No. 727 OF 2016 By Anastasia Adhiambo Ogot, of P.O. 570-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oloo Ongwe, who died at N.N.P.G.H., on 21st September, 2001.
