TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 267 OF 2016 By Ruth Chepkoech Kemei, of P.O. Box 7543-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. Nyekwei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kibor Kemei, late of Ngeria Location, who died on 29th September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
