TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ' 4758 THE KENYA GAZETTE 29th November, 2016 CAUSE No. 366 OF 2016 By (1) Martin Omondi Okello and (2) Willy Ken Dima Okal, both of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndinya Obonyo alias Ndinya Obonya, who died at Uranga Sub-location, on 8th April, 1986. CAUSE NO. 367 OF 2016 By (1) Martin Omondi Okello and (2) Willy Ken Dima Okal, both of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Okelo Okal alias Michael Okelo Okale, who died at Uranga Sub-location, on 31st July, 2004. CAUSE No. 371 OF 2016 By Anjeline Anyango Onyango, of P.O. Box I, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Jera Apiny, who died at Olwa Sub- location, on 1st September, 1983. CAUSE No. 372 OF 2016 By Anjeline Anyango Onyango, of P.O. Box 1, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apiny Othieno, who died at Olwa Sub-location, on 3rd April, 1976. CAUSE No. 373 OF 2016 By Anjeline Anyango Onyango, of P.O. Box 1, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyango Apiny alias Onyango Apiny, who died at Olwa Sub-location, on 4th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
