CAUSE No. 159 OF 2016 By Chacha Ong'oso Chacha, of P.O. Box 251, Isibania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoso Chacha, who died at Nyabikaye Sub-location, on 13th May, 1999.
