CAUSE No. 156 OF 2015 By Nicholaus Otiato Obala, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Miyoyo Mdhiayo alias Miyoyo Nziyo, who died on 28th February, 1983. CAUSE No. 363 OF 2016 By (1) Elizabeth Omollo Odhiambo and (2) Chrispine Obat Odhiambo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Henry Agina Odhiambo, who died on 11th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 374 OF 2016 By Saban Mudianga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adala Mudianga, who died at Kodiere Sub-location, on 13th July, 1977. CAUSE No. 375 OF 2016 By Joseph Boaz Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Rading Nyindah alias Charles Rading, who died at Malanga Sub-location, on 5th October, 1977.
