TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2016 By (1) David Muthoka Nyamai and (2) John Mulota Katiku, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamai Katiku Luku, who died at Kalongo, on 27th June, 1993. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2016 By (1) David Musau Mwongela and (2) Simon Muthiani Mwongela, fthe deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongela Mangoka Luku alias Mwongela Mang'oka Luku, who died at Kalongo, on 26th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
