TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 29th November, 2016 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4767 CAUSE No. 23 OF 2016 By Grace }Carlini Oluga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Luga Chahilu alias Oluga Chahiro, who died at Gaigedi Sub-location, on 14th March, 2011. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2016 By Gladys Eyoganga Aluda, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Afandi Aluda, who died at Serem Sub-location, on 15th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
