WHEREAS Aaron Ajenga Nanjero, is registered as the beneficial owner of that piece of land known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1597, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new green card.
