THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sakinabai Adam Haji Ali, (2) Najma Adam Haji Ali and (3) Mustafa Adam Haji Ali, all of P.O. Box 98511, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land known as MN/I/815, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered in LT. 6, Folio 20/8, File 455, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Folio in respect of the title has been lost or is destroyed, and whereas the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the Folio as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
