THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Mwangi, of P.O. Box 79, Kibwezi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 17.52 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Mutomo, registered under title No. Ikutha/Kitute/I/73, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the missing land register shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
