THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel P. G. Karanja (ID/4717346), of P.O. Box 481, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.9850 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dundori/Lanet Block 5/71 (Kiamunyeki A), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in civil suit No. 33 of 1998, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Hannah Kimuhu (ID/3458882), of P.O. Box 12203, Nakuru, and whereas all efforts made to compel one Samuel P. G. Karanja (ID/4717346) to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said court order and issue a land title deed to the said Hannah Kimuhu (ID/3458882), of P.O. Box 12203, Nakuru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel P. G. Karanja (ID/4717346), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
