ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (1) Sharif B., (2) Salim Ali, (3) Noor Hassan and (4) Adan Mohammed, the owners of 5 Beds, 7 Mattresses, 4 TV stands, DVD, 3 TVs, Coffee Table, 10 Carpets, 2 Woofers plus 5 Speakers, Assorted clothes, Shoes, Beddings, Curtains, CDs, 9 Bags, 4 Stools, 2 Chairs, TV Racket, 4 Buckets, 1 Basin, Shaver, Sofa Set, Camera, Mobiles and accessories, which have been lying at L.R. No. 36/11/1057, Eastleigh, Nairobi, at the premises of Murigi Limited, to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding rent arrears, storage charges, cost of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid household goods will not be collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction or private treaty, to defray the amounts due and costs incurred and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners’ credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
