NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to C & C Apparels Nairobi (EPZ) Limited (“the Company”), to collect selected garments (“the goods”), which have been lying at the premises of Sameer Industrial Park, of P.O. Box 30429–00100, junction of Enterprise Road and Mombasa Road, Nairobi, for approximately seventeen (17) years to take delivery of the goods upon payment of storage charges, all outstanding charges relating to the company’s tenancy at Sameer Industrial Park, the cost of publishing this notice and all other incidental charges thereto, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding rent arrears, storage charges, Should the said goods remain uncollected at the expiry of this period, they shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges.
