NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th July, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 369, in Volume B-13, Folio 1621/10890, File No. 1637, by our client, Francis Hajj Oundo, of P.O. Box 1389–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Herbrew Oundo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Herbrew Oundo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Hajj Oundo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Hajj Oundo only.
