THE COUNTY CTOVERNMENTS ACT

Notice is given to all Members of the County Assembly and the public that pursuant to Articles I and 29 (3) of the Nyandarua County Assembly Standing Orders, the Nyandarua County Assembly shall hold a special sitting on Monday, l9th December, 2O16 at 2.OO p.m. at the Assembly chambers. The business to be transacted at the sitting shall be the consideration of the report of the Committee on Public Works, Roads and Transport on the petition by the Nyandarua Contractors Association. In accordance with Standing Order 29 (4) of the Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the House during the spccial sitting, following which the House shdl stand adjourned.
