Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Mamboleo alias Aloys Mamboleo Morira, who died at Matieko Sub-location, on 21st June, 1995. CAUSE No. 387 OF 2014 By (1) Domiciano Peter Ariaga and (2) Josephine Nyabonyi Peter, both of P.O. Box 814-40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phanice Kemunto Peter, who died at Elgon View Medical Cottage, Bungoma, on 9th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2015 By Masongo Edwin, of P.O. Box 6481-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronellah Matundura Benard, who died at Christa Marrian Hospital in Kenya, on 28th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
