TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2016 By Agostino Oleza, Oduory, of P.O. Box 20, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oduori Mukhwaya, who died at Ikonzo Sub-location, on 17th June, 2000. CAUSE No. 380 OF 2016 By (1) Mary Akoth Oganga and (2) Michael Daniel Were, both of P.O. Box 101, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wellington Mudeche Oluoma, who died at Bukhalal ire Sub-location, on 25th January, 1983. CAUSE No. 411 oF 2016 By Madline Auma Rakuomi and (2) Vivian Verckys Masiga Rakuomi, both of P.O. Box 945, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Edgar Were Odaba, who died at Busende Sub-location, on 18th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
