TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 347 OF 2016 By (1) Symon Kigen and (2) Samson Kipleting Kiplagat, both of P.O. Box 3167, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kigen, who died at St. Luke Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2016. CAUSE No. 348 OF 2016 By (1) Veronica Cherotich Kiplagat and (2) Philip Cheruiyot Kiplagat, both of P.O. Box 3167, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kiplagat Kigen, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
