TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 100 OF 2016 By Mary Atieno Obat, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yonah Obat Oduong, who died on 15th August, 1993. CAUSE No. 138 OF 2016 By Leonida Opanga Okal, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osuka Opiyo, who died on 28th August, 1997. CAUSE No. 172 OF 2016 By Grace Achieng Omanje, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masilus Omanje Onyango, who died on 3rd February, 1994. CAUSE No. 181 OF 2016 By (1) Sarah Atieno Gari, (2) Lilian Akinyi Gari and (3) Stephen Otieno Gari, the deceased's widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Gari Ombija, who died on 25th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
