Box 396, Ngaringashi in Kenya, the deceased son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkala Makoko, late of Lushangonyi, Taita, who died on 10th March, 1965 CAUSE No. 31 of 2016. By David Mungau Mwakida, of P.O. Box 105, Ng'ambwa in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emili Mwazumbi alias Mwazumbi Mwakida, who died on the 2nd October, 1998. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2016 By Fane Tabu Mwangemi, of P.O. Box 1064, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwangemi Mdawida, late of Wundanyi Location, who died on 14th March, 2014. CAUSE No. 33 OF 2016 By Maria Mwanake Mganga, of P.O. Box 1007, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lennox Mganga Ngure alias Lennox Maganga Ngure, who died on 20th December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
