CAUSE No. 32 OF 2016 By Rose John Kaviha, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Mkilulu Khombo, who died at Kilifi, on 16th May, 2002. CAUSE No. 33 OF 2016 By Charo Safari Kihinda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Safari Kiti Kalu, who died at Kilifi, on 14th September, 2010. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2016 By Diramu Dhulo Bajila, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barofa Guyo Thari alias Narufa Guyo 'Mari, who died at Kilifi, on 23rd July, 1998. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2016 By (1) Susan Luvuno and (2) Dalton Safari Chipanga, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lauzi Mwarere Mbwiga, who died at Kilifi, on 4th June, 2002.
