Box 43, Mavindini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanthi Muoki Kyalo, who died at Kibera. CAUSE No. 250 OF 2016 By Joyce Katutu Kisoi, of P.O. Box 11407-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kisoi, who died at Kambu. CAUSE No. 251 OF 2016 By (1) Benjamin Mutisya Mbindyo and (2) Charles Musembi Mbindyo, both of P.O. Box 2149, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbindyo Mulei Kyai who died at Mutitu. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
