TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2016 By (1) Anna Akongo Onyango and (2) John Okumu Omondi, both of P.O. Box 45, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and stepgrandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Ojaw Abongo, who died on 20th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2016 By (I) Hellen Achieng Oduor and (2) William Opondo Ndede, both of P.O. Box 75, Sega in Kenya, the deceased's widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Ouma Opondo, who died on llth July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
