Box 81-10208, Sabasaba in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Warthira Njoroge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her forner name Mary Waithira Njoroge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wamaua Njoroge Mary Waithira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wamaua Njoroge Mary Waithira only.
