WHEREAS (1) James. Gitau Thandi (111/26785160) and (2) Lucy Wanjiku Thandi (11).424951073), both of P.O. Box 104971-00101, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.97 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kaati/Renguti/225, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the 404 Otto deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expimtion of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
