Box 584, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Nduati Gachui alias Nduati Gachui, who died on 8th March, 2000. CAUSE No. 549 OF 2015 By Stephen Irungu Waithaka, of P.O. Box 110-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibugo Kariithi, who died at Gatheru, on 13th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2016 By Mary Njeri Muiruri, of P.O. Box 962-00100, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njeri Muiruri, who died at Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
