TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 44 OF 2016 By (1) Milkah Jerop Singoei and (2) Andrew Kessio Tanui, both of P.O. Box 2203-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esekia Singoei Kessio, who died at Cherengany Nursing Home, on 13th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2017 By Karisa Charo Karisa, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Karisa Mweri, who died on 7th August, 1999.
