TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2016 By (I) Asif Abduirazak Abdulshakur and (2) Ahar Abdulrazak Mamdani, both of P.O. Box 98350-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will annexed to the estate of Abdulrazak Abdulshakur Sidik alias Abdulrazak Mamdani, who died at Makupa, on 27th April, 2014 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
