CAUSE No. 444 OF 2016 By Margaret Wambui Kabiru, of P.O. Box 40, Njoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabiro Mama Ruara alias Kabiro Mama, who died at Kabatini, on 27th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. 447 OF 2016 By Judy Wanja Muiruri, of P.O. Box 95-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Nyambura Muiruri, who died at Makuyu Sub-location, on 29th December, 2013. CAUSE No. 681 OF 2016 By (I) Habel Kagema Kaguma, (2) Samson Mwangi Kaguma and (3) Muitungu Henry Kagumah, all of P.O. Box 50, Kahoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Nyambura Kaguma, who died at Meridian, Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2012.
