TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. II OF 2017 By (1) Catherine Wathuku Njathi and (2) Stephen Njoroge Njathi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njathi Njoroge, who died at Thigio, Gichungo, on 16th September, 2009. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2017 By (I) Catherine Wathuicu Njathi and (2) Albert Gikonyo Wataithi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wathuku Njoroge alias Wathuku Njoroge, who died at Thigio, Gichugo, on 12th September, 2003. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2017 By Josephine Wairimu Karumba, of P.O. Box 33-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karumba Kiburu, who died at Ikinu Sub-location, on 30th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
