TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 136 "B" OF 2012 By (I) Peter Njuguna Muchiri and (2) Geofrey Mwangi Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 217, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Njuguna, who died at St. Maria Mulumba, on 21st August, 2011. CAUSE No. 78 OF 2016 By Irungu Kariuki Mburu, of P.O. Box 1382, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wacuka Kinigina, who died at Gachocho Sub-location in 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
