TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 3rd February, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 695 CAUSE No. 11 OF 2016 By (1) George Kinuthia Kimende, (2) Solomon Mbugua Kimende and (3) Margaret Nyambura Kimende, all of P.O. Box 222-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's brothers and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiarie Kimende, who died at Kiambu, on 20th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2016 By (I) George Kinuthia Kimende, (2) Solomon Mbugua Kimende and (3)-Margaret Nyambura Kimende, all of P.O. Box 222-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's brothers and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Kimende, who died at Kamburu, on 16th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 103 OF 2016 By Samuel Muiruri Mukoma, of P.O. Box 88-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administratioO intestate to the estate of Rosa Muthoni Warui, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2015. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2016 By (1) Jane Wamaitha Muiru and (2) Stephen Muiruri Kuria, both of P.O. Box 78, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriu Kinuthia alias Muiru Kinuthia, who died at Kiratina, Kiambu, on 16th September, 1975. - The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
