TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 56 OF 2016 By Rose Anyango Otieno, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaridiga Othuok, who died at Kongoma Sub-location, on 8th December, 2015. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2016 By Isaya Ojwang Oyugi, of P.O. Box 593, Suna in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Marara, who died at Kong'oma Sub-location, on 23rd March, 1973. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2016 By Anne Apondi Waniiya, of P.O. Box 100, Uriri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Okuku Akongo, who died at Kawere II "B" Sub- location, on 5th April, 2011. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2016 By Benta Adhiambo Obuya, of P.O. Box 4, Dede in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obuya Silato, who died at North Kanyamgony Sub- location, on 10th April, 2001. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2016 By Benard Odhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 276, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Tombo, who died at Kanyawanga Sub-location, on 5th August, 2004. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2016 By (1) Jeremiah Odero, (2) Richard Otieno Okumu, (3) Benard Ouma Akama and (4) Johrt Arende Onyango, all of P.O. Box 259, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Arende Bobo, who died at Kodero Bare Sub-location, on 15th November, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
