TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 104 OF 2016 By Jane Ndila Kioko, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Musa Kioko, who died at Makueni, on 22nd December, 2012. CAUSE No. 121 OF 2016 By (1) Winfred Nduleve Joseph and (2) Patrick Mutuku Joseph, both of P.O. Box 59, Kabati, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kilima Mbithi, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital, on 7th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
