TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 240 OF 2016 By (1) James Munguti Musau and (2) Patrick Mwaka Musau, both of P.O. Box 27, Tawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Musau Mwonga alias Musau Mwonga, who died at Kakuswi. CAUSE NO. 271 OF 2016 By (1) Ngumbi Kimanga and (2) Matheka Kimanga Kilanga, both of P.O. Box 89, Kalawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimanga Kilango, who died at Katangani. CAUSE NO. 274 OF 2016 By (1) Mbulwa Kangulyo Kilovoo and (2) Hellen Ndunge Lui, both of P.O. Box 23, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Lcd Kilovoo alias Francis Liii Mulwa, who died at Makueni Level 4 Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
