TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court In: CAUSE NO. 281 OF 2016 By (1) Joyce Kerubo Mokua and (2) Brian Maiko Mokua, both of P.O. Box 533, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Mokua Onyiego, who died at Nyamai Maternity and Nursing Home, on 26th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
